- Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If photos cannot demonstrate the damage adequately, please upload a video.
- Screenshot of the email or dispute received, including the name, date, and content. This refers to any customer complaints sent via PayPal Dispute or other gateways.
- If our Dispute Team requests a return, the products need to be returned.

- For orders shipped within the USA, it’s counted as 45 days after departure from.
- For Brazil, it’s after 110 days due to strict customs clearance.
- Some special shipping methods are exempt from dispute handling.
